Location: 200 1st Street SW
This project was designed by Ginny Tran from Wrap Graphic & Exhibit in September of 2011 but was put together by over 50 volunteers. Many people helped took part in breaking and assembling the tiles and painting as well. This mural is dedicated to the traditional lion dance. It was said that the dance combined with art, history, and martial arts is believed to bring good luck and happiness. The loud noises from the drums, cymbals, gongs, and firecracker scares away the evil spirits and bad karma.
